    • one bag romaine lettuce chopped
    • 3/4 cup black beans rinsed and drained
    • 3/4 cup frozen corn thawed
    • 2 tablespoons minced red onion (or more to taste)
    • 1 cup diced cook chicken breast
    • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
